Our Comprehensive Range Of Services

We strive to ensure that you can work smoothly and safely with our devices and work with you to develop a customized customer service plan tailored to your specific needs.

  • First line contact
  • Technical hotline support during working days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m (CET)
  • Short-term appointments if a visit onsite is required
  • Short-term spare parts shipment. Spare parts delivery to the site by the next morning if parts are ordered before 2:00 p.m. (applies to most regions)
  • Decentralized regional warehouses for cross-section parts and consumables, storage of spare parts on the customer’s premises on special request
  • Treatment procedures, patient access
  • Environmental factors
  • Radiation and noise protection
  • Electrical requirements and/or space requirements
  • Floor loading
  • Lighting
  • Implementation + support up to successful installation and acceptance (if applicable)
  • Start-up, shipping, unpacking and transport to the specified location
  • Mechanical and electrical setup + IT configuration (RIS and HIS)
  • Technical operation/acceptance test
  • Support with device acceptance according to the X-ray regulations
  • Use instructions and representation with the first treatment procedures, on request
  • Dismantling, transport and disposal of devices by certified waste disposal companies
