Job Description
As the Global Marketing Communications Intern, you will be part of the diverse Global Product Marketing team to support the execution of global and regional go-to-market strategies for new and existing products. You will assist in the project management and content creation for internal newsletters, clinical materials, online and offline marketing collateral, etc.
Apart from gaining more profound knowledge of the MedTech industry, you will also be involved in various global cross-functional marketing initiatives alongside international teams from other departments, including digital experience and regional sales and marketing.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist in the execution of global go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
• Support the development of online and offline collateral (such as brochures, clinical and technical materials, product videos, presentations, webpages and etc.)
• In charge of Global Marketing Portal and Global Partner Portal for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage and track marketing projects, ensure that they are completed on time
• As the sub-editor for our internal quarterly newsletter, edit content from contributors and develop layout
• Assist in other marketing and editorial-related tasks assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
• Able to commit Jul-Dec 2023, full-time
• Bilingual in English & Chinese
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Keen eye for details
• Good working knowledge in Office 365 tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel and SharePoint
• Good command of English
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite tools such as InDesign, Illustrator is a plus
• Independent and takes ownership
• Previous marketing related internship(s) is a plus
