Clarification of Dornier MedTech Structure

JUNE 21, 2004 – Referring to different reports in the German press dated 17 June 2004, about the aircraft constructor Fairchild Dornier being in insolvency condition, please note that the  Dornier MedTech Group of companies has no financial or capital conjunction with Fairchild Dornier.

The shareholders are different and our company is not a member of the Fairchild Dornier group. The Dornier MedTech Group of companies are focused in the medical industry only as always.
