Weßling, Germany – March 14, 2011 –Two years after market introduction of Dornier MedTech´s first table-top Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT) system AR2, Dornier introduces itssuccessor model Dornier Aries. The new Aries comes with an elegant design and aset of new features improving ease of application.  “AR2 has provided reliable clinical results in classic ESWT applications as well as pain therapy by trigger point treatment” explains Michael Lerch, General Manager of Dornier MedTech Europe GmbH. “The new Dornier Aries combines the proven SmartFocus technology with a platform that has a modern aesthetic appeal and provides our customers with additional operational benefits.”

The new Aries Vet comes with an elegant design and a set of new features improving ease of application.  “During the past two years, Dornier AR Vet has provided reliable clinical results in horses´ ESWT applications and trigger point treatment for pain therapy. The proven SmartFocus technology allows for superficial treatment as well as the therapy of very deep-laying structures also in the new system” explains Michael Lerch, General Manager of Dornier MedTech Europe GmbH.  “In addition to a new aesthetic design, the successor model Aries Vet includes a set of operational improvements providing for real benefits to the veterinarian user.”
